Summer is underway and here at Keystone we have some exciting upcoming projects! Recently, we were awarded a $440,000 contract with Callanan Middle School in Des Moines. The project will consist of renovating several science and FCS (family and consumer science) classrooms. We will be putting in new cabinets, acoustical ceilings, paint, and new equipment such as microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and more! The project is set to start on June 6th and finish before August 15. We will provide more updates on how the project is coming along throughout the summer.
We also have a couple other projects set to start at the beginning of this summer. The first of which will be opening up the stairwell into the main lobby at Iowa Healthcare Collaborative, as well as installing new carpet and updating the walls. The last project is installing a new door and glass window at Community Choice Credit Union on Lyon St.
